By purchasing the Grape Grazing Festival Ticket, you acknowledge that the Organisers may cancel, suspend or change the date on which the Grape Grazing Festival is to be held for whatsoever reasons in their sole discretion.

In the event the Grape Grazing Festival is cancelled, suspended or the date of which it is conducted is changed by the Organisers then you should retain your ticket and vouchers for use on that alternative day that Grape Grazing is conducted or if it is cancelled for this year, to be exchanged for next year’s festival’s ticket and vouchers.

For the avoidance of doubt, no refunds will be issued nor will you have any rights whatsoever to make any claim against the Grape Grazing Festival Organisers for the cancellation, suspension or change of date of the Grape Grazing Festival.

Important Coach / Bus Information

All coaches and mini buses are required to register their itineraries with the Ticket Office prior to the event. Buses will be greeted and boarded at each winery; any bus/coach found with open alcoholic beverages and/or intoxicated persons onboard will be refused entry.

Responsible Serving of Alcohol

In compliance with the laws of responsible serving of alcohol;

• wine will not be served to intoxicated guests
• drunk or disorderly patrons will not be permitted to remain on the premises.

No use of glass drinking vessels will be permitted.
